Ordering & Payment
Ordering a product from Grixx is simple and fast. Follow these steps:
Choose Product – Find the desired product and click the “Add to Cart” button.
Checkout – Go to the shopping cart menu and click “Checkout” to complete your order.
Delivery & Payment – Choose your preferred delivery option and select a payment method.
Confirmation & Tracking – After payment, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email. Once your package is shipped, we will send you a tracking number to follow your order.
⚠️ Note: Ordering by phone is not possible.
At Grixx, you can pay safely and easily using the payment method that suits you best. During the checkout process, choose from the following options:
- iDEAL – Pay directly through your own bank’s secure online banking environment.
- Bank transfer – Transfer the amount manually; once we receive your payment, we will ship your order.
- Klarna – Pay later – Pay afterwards via Klarna. You’ll receive an invoice by email or in the Klarna app. For any questions about a Klarna payment, you can contact Klarna customer service via the app or at klarna.nl.
- Mobile payment methods – Pay easily with Apple Pay or Google Pay on your smartphone.
- Credit card– Pay securely and reliably with Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro.
This way, you can always pay in the way that suits you best! 😊
Because we process your order as quickly as possible, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel or change it between the time of ordering and delivery. If you do not want to receive your order, you can refuse the package at the door or return it after receipt. Follow the steps in our return instructions to ensure the return is handled smoothly.
Shipping
Currently, Grixx delivers exclusively within the Netherlands. Our powerbanks, cables, headphones and chargers can be shipped to any address in the Netherlands. Keep an eye on our website for any updates on delivery to other countries.
At Grixx, you pay no shipping costs for orders over €20. For orders under €20, we charge only €1.99 shipping costs. We do our best to deliver your order in one package. Do we have to ship your order in several parts and is the total amount above €20,-? Then you will still pay no extra delivery costs. Simply order online and take advantage of our fast and economical delivery.

- At home or another desired address
Not at home when the delivery arrives? Don’t worry! DHL will then deliver your package to a neighbor or a nearby DHL ServicePoint. If your package is sent to a ServicePoint, you can pick it up the next day. You will receive an email with a link to the address and opening hours of the relevant ServicePoint, so you know exactly where to go.
Do you place your order on a business day before 3 p.m.? Then it will usually be delivered the next day. Order during the weekend? Then you can expect your package on Tuesday at the earliest. After your order, you will receive an email with a track & trace number so you can easily track your package.
Warranty & Returns
All Grixx products come with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, you can count on free repair or replacement in case of a defect. Do you have a problem? Let us know, we’re happy to help.
Is your product damaged or not functioning properly? At Grixx, all our products come with a standard two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. Contact our customer service, and we will ensure that your product is repaired or replaced so you can get back on track quickly.
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Don’t worry! At Grixx, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us. You will receive a full refund of your order amount, including any shipping costs paid.
It may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. The amount will always be refunded using the payment method you used for your order. You will receive a detailed response from us within 14 days of submitting your complaint. If you are not satisfied with how your complaint is handled, you can submit it to the Disputes Committee Thuiswinkel (PO Box 90600, 2509 LP The Hague) or the European ODR platform. We strive to resolve your complaint as effectively as possible!
