No, our power banks do not have a reset button. Is the power bank not charging?

Grixx powerbanks work with both Apple and Samsung devices. Whether you use an iPhone, iPad, Samsung Galaxy, or other brand devices, with versatile connection options like USB-A and USB-C, you will always find a suitable powerbank for your devices.

This is normal. During the charging of a device, some energy is lost due to voltage conversion and heat generation. As a result, the full battery capacity is not available for charging your device.

The specified capacity is the capacity of the internal battery. In practice, the usable capacity will always be lower. This applies to all power banks.

1. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. They will turn on automatically.
2. Wait until the earbuds connect to each other. One earbud will flash red/blue and the other blue.
3. Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
4. Select Grixx TWS from the list of available devices.
5. Once the connection is established, the earbuds are ready to use.

Don't see Grixx TWS? Turn Bluetooth off and on again on your phone and try again. Also, check if the earbuds are not already connected to another device.

Check if the ear tips and speaker grille are clean. Earwax and dust can reduce sound quality or cause one earbud to sound quieter.

Remove the ear tips and clean them with mild soap. Then gently clean the speaker grille with a dry, soft cloth. Make sure the ear tips are completely dry before putting them back on.
