Ordering process
How to place an order with Grixx?
Ordering with Grixx is simple and fast. Follow these steps:
- Search for the product you want to order.
- Click ‘Add to cart’ or ‘Buy now’.
- Go to your shopping cart and click ‘Checkout’.
- Choose your preferred delivery option.
- Select your payment method and complete the payment.
After your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a DHL Track & Trace code.
Note:
- Orders cannot be placed by phone.
- Since we process your order immediately, changes or cancellations are not possible after completion.
- If you still wish to cancel your order, refuse the package at the door or return it after receipt according to our return instructions.
At Grixx, you can choose from the following payment options:
- iDEAL – Pay directly through your own bank’s secure online banking environment.
- Bank transfer – Transfer the amount manually; once we receive your payment, we will ship your order.

Which carrier will deliver my package?
We deliver your order with DHL. You can choose where you want your order delivered:
- At home or at another address
- At a DHL Service Point
Are you not at home at the time of delivery? Then your package will be delivered to a neighbor or to a DHL ServicePoint. In the latter case, you will receive an email with the address and opening hours of the ServicePoint.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders over €20.
- For orders under €20, we charge €1.99 shipping.
- If your order over €20 consists of multiple deliveries, shipping costs remain free.
We strive to deliver all orders placed before 3 p.m. on weekdays the next day.
Warranty
Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) physically receives the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us via a clear statement (e.g., in writing by post, fax, or email). You can use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification before the period has expired.
Refunds:
When you withdraw from the order, you will receive all payments, including delivery costs (except for any extra costs resulting from a different delivery method), within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you via the same payment method you used, unless you have chosen a different method. No additional costs will be charged for this.
We may wait to refund you until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that you have returned the products. Please ensure that you return the products within 14 days of withdrawal.
The costs of the return shipment are your responsibility.

You are only liable for any diminished value if the product has been used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
- Fill in the model withdrawal form and attach it to an email.
- You will receive shipping instructions from us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- If possible, return the product in its original packaging.
- Upon receipt, we will inspect the product.
- We will refund the full purchase amount (including shipping and payment costs) within 14 days. If there is any damage, this will be deducted from the refundable amount.

All products are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that a product must perform as reasonably expected. In addition, we offer a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
What to do in case of a defect:
- Fill in the model withdrawal form and submit it.
- You will receive an email with further instructions, including a shipping label if necessary.
- After receiving the defective product, we will repair or replace it and return it within 14 working days.
