How do you place an order with Grixx?

How to place an order at Grixx?
Ordering at Grixx is easy and fast. Follow these steps:

  1. Find the product you want to order.
  2. Click on ‘Add to cart’ or ‘Buy now’.
  3. Go to your shopping cart and click ‘Checkout’.
  4. Choose your preferred delivery option.
  5. Select your payment method and complete the payment.

After your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code from DHL.

Note:

  • Orders cannot be placed by phone.
  • Because we process your order immediately, changes or cancellations after completion are not possible.
  • If you still want to cancel your order, refuse the package at the door or return it after receipt according to our return instructions.
Payment methods

At Grixx, you can choose from the following payment options:

  • iDEAL – Pay instantly via the trusted online banking environment of your own bank.
  • Bank transfer – Manually transfer the amount; once we have received your payment, we will send your order.

  • Klarna – Pay later – Pay later via Klarna. You will receive an invoice by email or in the Klarna app. For questions about a payment via Klarna, you can contact the Klarna customer service via the Klarna app or klarna.nl.

  • Credit card – Pay safely and securely with Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro.
Delivery

Which carrier delivers my package?

We deliver your order with DHL. You can choose where you want your order to be delivered:

  • At home or another address
  • At a DHL ServicePoint

If you are not home at the time of delivery, your package will be delivered to your neighbors or a DHL ServicePoint. In the latter case, you will receive an email with the address and opening hours of the ServicePoint.

Shipping costs

  • Free shipping on orders over €20.
  • For orders under €20, we charge €1.99 shipping costs.
  • If your order over €20 consists of multiple deliveries, the shipping costs remain free.

We strive to deliver all orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM the next day.

Warranty

Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) physically receives the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us via a clear statement (for example, in writing by post, fax, or email). You can use the model withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period has expired.

Refunds:

If you withdraw from the order, you will receive all payments, including delivery costs (except any additional costs if you chose a different delivery method), within 14 days after we have been informed of your withdrawal. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method you used, unless you have agreed otherwise. We do not charge any extra fees for this.

We may wait to refund you until we have received the products back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the products. Please ensure you return the products within 14 days of withdrawal.

The costs of returning the products are your responsibility.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the product if it has been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

How do you return your order?
  1. Fill in the model withdrawal form and attach it to an email.
  2. You will receive shipping instructions from us. Return costs are at your own expense.
  3. If possible, return the product in the original packaging.
  4. We will inspect the product upon receipt.
  5. We will refund the full purchase amount (including shipping and payment costs) within 14 days. If there is any damage, we will deduct this from the refund amount.
  6. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used.
Warranty

All items are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that a product must perform as you can reasonably expect. In addition, we offer a two-year factory warranty from the date of purchase.

What to do in case of a defect:

  1. Fill in the model form for withdrawal and send it.
  2. You will receive an email with further instructions, including a shipping label if necessary.
  3. After receiving the defective product, we will repair or replace it and send it back within 14 working days.
