Through our webshop, privacy-sensitive information, also known as personal data, is processed. Grixx B.V. considers careful handling of personal data very important. Personal data is therefore processed and secured carefully.

Your Account
For certain parts of our webshop, you must first register. You then provide information about yourself and choose a username. We create an account that you can log in to with that username and a self-chosen password. For this, we use your name and address, phone number, billing address, and email address. We need this due to the contract we enter into with you. We retain this information until you close the account.
We keep this information so you do not have to fill it in repeatedly and so that we can contact you in connection with the execution of the agreement. You can adjust information via your account whenever you want.

Order Processing
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to properly handle it. We may provide your personal data to our delivery service to deliver the order to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. For this, we use your name and address, phone number, billing address, email address, and payment details. We need this due to the contract we enter into with you. We retain this information until your order is completed. Certain customer data is retained longer due to statutory fiscal retention obligations.

Posting Reviews on the Website
You can leave a review for us. We use the necessary personal data to publish the review on the website. For this, we use your nickname. We do this based on your consent. We retain this information until the end of the contract.

You can use the contact form to ask questions or make requests. For this, we use your name and address, phone number, and email address. We have a legitimate interest in this. We retain this information until we are sure you are satisfied with our response and for three months afterwards. This allows us to easily access the information for follow-up questions and helps us train our customer service to improve.

This means that we combine hashed personal data, such as your email address or phone number (if provided by you), with your behaviour on our website to measure conversions more accurately and make advertisements more relevant. This data is shared exclusively with Google, transmitted in encrypted form, and never stored in a readable format. You can withdraw your consent for this processing at any time via our cookie settings.

Securing personal data is very important to us. We ensure that your data is well protected. We continuously adjust security measures and pay close attention to potential issues.
