Order & Pay
Ordering a product from Grixx is simple and fast. Follow these steps:
Choose Product – Find the desired product and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
Checkout – Go to the cart menu and click ‘Checkout’ to complete your order. Delivery & Payment – Choose your preferred delivery option and select a payment method.
Confirmation & Tracking – After payment, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email. Once your package has been shipped, we will send you a track & trace number to follow your order.
⚠ Note: Ordering by phone is not possible.
At Grixx, you can pay safely and easily with the payment method that suits you best. Choose from the following options during the ordering process:
- iDEAL | Wero – Pay directly through the trusted online banking environment of your own bank.
- Bank Transfer – Manually transfer the amount; once we have received your payment, we will send your order.
- Klarna – Pay Later – Pay later via Klarna. You will receive an invoice by email or in the Klarna app. For questions about a payment via Klarna, you can contact the Klarna customer service through the Klarna app or klarna.nl.
- Mobile Payment Methods – Easily pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay via your smartphone.
- Credit Card – Pay safely and reliably with Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro.
This way, you always pay in the way that suits you best! 😊
Because we process your order as quickly as possible, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel or change it between the time of ordering and delivery. If you do not want to receive your order after all, you can refuse the package at the door or return it after receipt. Please follow the steps in our return instructions so that we can handle the return smoothly for you.
Shipping
At the moment, Grixx only delivers within the Netherlands. Our power banks, cables, headphones, and chargers can be shipped to any desired address in these countries. Keep an eye on our website for any updates regarding delivery to other countries.
At Grixx, you pay no shipping costs for orders over €20. For orders under €20, we charge only €1.99 for shipping. We do our best to deliver your order in one package. If we have to ship your order in multiple parts and the total amount is over €20, you still won’t pay any extra delivery costs. Order easily online and enjoy our fast and affordable delivery.
Grixx partners with DHL for fast and reliable delivery. You can choose where you want to receive your order:
- At home or another desired address
Are you not home when the delivery person arrives? No worries! DHL will then deliver your package to the neighbors or to a nearby DHL ServicePoint. If your package goes to a ServicePoint, you can pick it up the next day. You will receive an email with a link to the address and opening hours of the relevant ServicePoint, so you know exactly where to go.
Do you place your order on a weekday before 3:00 PM? Then it is usually delivered the next day. If you order on the weekend, you can expect your package no earlier than Tuesday. After your order, you will receive an email with a track & trace number, so you can easily track your package.
Warranty & Returns
All Grixx products come with a two-year factory warranty, starting from the day you purchase them. During this period, you can count on free repair or replacement in case of a defect. Do you have a problem? Let us know, we are happy to help you.
Is your product damaged or no longer working properly? At Grixx, you automatically get a two-year factory warranty on all our products from the date of purchase. Contact our customer service. We will ensure that the product is repaired or replaced so you can get back on track quickly.
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries! At Grixx, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us. You will receive a full refund of the order amount, including any shipping costs paid.
It can take up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed. The amount will always be refunded via the payment method you used for your order. Customer Service & Reviews
At Grixx, we are transparent and place great value on reliable customer reviews. That’s why we use the Kiyoh review system, which actively invites customers to share their experiences. All reviews, both positive and negative, are displayed to provide an honest picture. Negative reviews are only removed if they do not comply with Kiyoh’s guidelines. This way, you as a customer get a realistic and trustworthy view of our products and service.

You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receiving your complaint. Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Disputes Committee for Online Shopping (P.O. Box 90600, 2509 LP The Hague) or the European ODR platform. We strive to resolve your complaint as best as possible!
