Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to revoke your order within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) takes physical possession of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us via an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not obligatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period has expired.
Refunds
If you revoke your order, you will receive a full refund of all payments, including delivery charges (except for any additional charges for a different delivery method), within 14 days of notification of your revocation. Are you returning only part of your order? Then the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method you used, unless you have chosen a different method. We do not charge any additional fees for this.
We may wait to refund you until we have received the products or you have proven that you have returned the products. Please ensure that you return the products to us within 14 days of withdrawal.

You are only liable for depreciation if the product has been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.

You will receive shipping instructions from us. Return costs are at your own expense.
If possible, return the product in its original packaging.
Upon receipt, we will inspect the product.
We will refund the full purchase price (including shipping and payment costs) within 14 days. If there is damage, we will deduct it from the refundable amount.
Refunds are made via the same payment method you used to pay.
Warranty
All items are covered by the legal warranty. This means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect it to do. We also offer a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This does not detract from the legal warranty.
If a product becomes defective within this period, it will be repaired or exchanged.

You will receive an email with further instructions.
If we ask you to send the defective item, you will receive a shipping label and instructions.
Upon receipt of the defective item, the repaired or replaced product will be returned to you within 14 business days.
