Ordering & Payment

How do I order a product from Grixx?

Ordering a product from Grixx is easy and quick. Just follow these steps:

🔹 Choose Product – Find the product you want and click the purple “Add to Cart” button .

🔹 Checkout – Go to the cart menu and click “Checkout” to complete your order.

🔹 Delivery & Payment – Choose your preferred delivery option and select a payment method.

🔹 Confirmation & Tracking – After payment, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. Once your package is shipped, we will send you a track & trace number to track your order.

Please note: Ordering by phone is not possible.

At Grixx, you can pay safely and easily with the payment method that suits you best. During the ordering process, choose from the following options:

🔹 iDEAL – Pay directly through the familiar online banking environment of your own bank. This method is fast, safe and free of charge.

🔹 Bank transfer – Transfer the amount manually to our account. Once we receive your payment, we will ship your order as soon as possible.

🔹 Klarna – Pay afterwards – Pay your order later via Klarna. You will receive an invoice by email or in the Klarna app once your order has been shipped. The cost for this service is €1.00. For questions about paying via Klarna, please contact Klarna customer service via the Klarna app or klarna.nl.

Because we process your order as quickly as possible, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel or change it between the time of ordering and delivery. Do you still not want to receive your order? Then you can refuse the package at the door or return it after receipt. Please follow the steps in our return instructions, so that we can process the return smoothly for you.

Shipping

In which countries does Grixx deliver?

Currently, Grixx delivers exclusively within the Netherlands. Our powerbanks, cables, headphones and chargers can be shipped to any address in the Netherlands. Keep an eye on our website for any updates on delivery to other countries.

At Grixx, you pay no shipping costs for orders over €20. For orders under €20, we charge only €1.99 shipping costs. We do our best to deliver your order in one package. Do we have to ship your order in several parts and is the total amount above €20,-? Then you will still pay no extra delivery costs. Simply order online and take advantage of our fast and economical delivery.

Grixx works with DHL for fast and reliable delivery. You can choose where you want to receive your order:

  • At home or at another desired address
  • At a DHL Service Point near you

Not at home when the delivery guy comes by? No worries! DHL will deliver your package to your neighbors or to a DHL ServicePoint nearby. If your package goes to a ServicePoint, you can pick it up the next day. You will receive an email with a link to the address and opening hours of the relevant ServicePoint so you know exactly where to go.

Do you place your order on a business day before 3 p.m.? Then it will usually be delivered the next day. Order during the weekend? Then you can expect your package on Tuesday at the earliest. After your order, you will receive an email with a track & trace number so you can easily track your package.

Warranty & Returns

How long is the warranty on my Grixx product?

All Grixx products have a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the day you buy them. Within this period, you can count on free repair or replacement in case of a defect. Do you have a problem? Let us know, we will be happy to help you.

Is your product damaged or no longer working properly? At Grixx, you get a standard two-year manufacturer’s warranty on all our products from the date of purchase. Please contact our customer service. Then we will make sure that the product is repaired or exchanged, so you can get back on your feet quickly.

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries! At Grixx, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to us. You will receive a full refund of the order amount, including any shipping costs paid.

It may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. The amount will always be refunded via the payment method you used for your order.
